摘要
脂联素是一种由脂肪细胞分泌的细胞因子,它可通过抗炎性反应、抗氧化应激、抗细胞凋亡、抗动脉粥样硬化及抗血栓形成等多种途径发挥心血管保护作用。近年来,脂联素作为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的非传统危险因素倍受关注,且与高血压、心肌肥厚、心房颤动等心血管系统疾病之间也具有一定相关性。了解脂联素的分子结构和分泌机制,以及其在心血管疾病中的作用,具有重要临床意义。
Adiponectin, a cytokine secreted by adipose tissue, exerts cardiovascular protective effect through multiple channels, including anti-inflammatory reaction, anti-oxidative stress, anti-apoptosis, anti-atherosclerosis and anti-thrombosis. In recent years, adiponectin is widely noticed as an untraditional risk factor of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and it has been proved to present certain correlations with hypertension, myocardial hypertrophy and auricular fibrillation. This article reviewed molecular structure, secretory pathway and action mechanism of adiponectin, summarized its effects on cardiovascular diseases and provided significant guidlines for clinical treatment.
