摘要
采用综合分析方法研究了5Cr21Mn9Ni4N气阀钢中M7C3相的形貌特征及化学组成,并对钢中钙含量与M7C3相及铸、锻件热裂的关系进行了探讨,从而提出了消除热裂纹的有效方法。
The morphology and chemical composition of M 7C 3 phase in 5Cr21Mn9Ni4N steel are studied by synthetical methods. The relations between the hot cracking in the casting or forging and calcium bearing and M 7C 3 phase of the steel are discussed. Some useful methods for eliminating the hot cracking are proposed.
