摘要
研究了热锻含铌奥氏体347不锈钢在不同热处理工艺下的晶粒长大行为,得到了奥氏体晶粒尺寸与加热温度及保温时间的关系和晶粒尺寸分布关系。利用Sellars模型分析了实验数据,构建了347不锈钢的晶粒生长模型和尺寸分布模型,得知其晶粒生长指数为5.4,生长激活能为596.2 kJ/mol,晶粒尺寸分布不随加热温度和保温时间变化。利用这2个数学模型可以预测347不锈钢在固溶处理下的晶粒尺寸及分布状态。
Normal grain growth behavior in the hot forged 347 austenite stainless steel has been investigated. Two mathematical models were developed to predict the austenite grain growth under the conditions of different thermal histories and grain size distribution. It is found that the activation energy and the exponent are 596.2 kJ/mol and 5.4 respectively. Moreover, its grain size distribution hardly changes after different thermal treatments.
