摘要 目的:研发"智能化用药监测系统"以减少可预防的药品不良事件。方法:对同济大学附属东方医院常用1 200种药品的说明书中的"禁忌证"进行深入研究,使之更加符合临床实际,实现"禁忌证"与病人的病情诊断、实验室检查结果相链接。结果:这种链接方式切实可行,当门诊或住院处方中出现违反"禁忌证"的药物时,能够被该系统识别。结论:"智能化用药监测系统"研发初步成功,而其临床作用有待实践检验。 Objective: To develop "the intelligent prescription screening system" in order to decrease the incidence of preventable adverse drug events. Methods: The contraindications of 1 200 drugs, which were usually used in Shanghai East Hospital affiliated to Tongji University, were explored to make them conform to the clinical practice, and to realize the connection of eontraindications with diagnosis and laboratory examination results of patients. Results: This kind of connection is practical. When prescriptions violate the contraindications, the errors could be found out and the doctors would be alerted by the screening system. Conclusion: The development of "the intelligent prescription screening system" is successful, but its efficacy in the clinical application still needs to be proved.
