摘要
目的:提高医院门诊药学服务水平。方法:基于医院信息系统,采用PowerBuilder6.5开发语言,整合药学信息知识库,改进门诊配方软件。结果:构建了在线提供药学知识的门诊配方软件,减少了配方差错,提高了药师接受信息咨询的能力。结论:该软件具有快速、高效、综合、直观的特点,可满足门诊药学信息咨询的需求。
Objective： To improve pharmaceutical care in outpatient pharmacy. Methods： Based on hospital management information system and drug information database, the application software for drug dispensing in outpatient pharmacy was modified using PowerBuilder6.5. Results： The software with on-line pharmaceutical knowledge was developed to enhance the drug information counselling ability of outpatient pharmacists and to reduce dispensing mistakes. Conclusion： This software, with rapid processing speed, is efficient and comprehensive, and can easily be installed and meets the demand for drug dispensing and information counselling service in outpatient pharmacy.
