摘要 通过不同的化学试剂与汽爆组合处理稻草秸秆的研究,确定了有效的预处理条件:稻草秸秆与3%氢氧化钠溶液的固液比为1:5,混匀,置126—128℃保温5min,放气.此预处理能使秸秆中木质素去除75.58%;秸秆酶解(酶解条件:2%底物,0.2%纤维素酶,pH=4.8,0.2mol/L醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液,46℃水解48h)糖化率达91.98%. An effective pretreatment with the combined treatment of various chemical reagents and steam explosion on rice straw is determined, rice straw and 3% NaOH (W/V is 1: 5), blending, holding at 126-128 ℃, insulation five minutes,gas discharge. 75.58% lignin in the straw can be removed by this pretreatment; enzymatic hydrolysis of rice straw (enzymatic hydrolysis conditions. 2 % substrate, 0.2 cellulose, pile. 8, 0.2mol/L HAc-NaAc buffer solution, temperature 46℃, hydrolysis 48h) reaches to 91.98%
