摘要
以笋壳纤维素为试材,离子液为溶剂兼催化剂,进行纤维素降解制备5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)优化研究。首先,采用单因素试验设计,考察了料液比、反应时间、反应温度、二甲基亚砜量、加水量对5-HMF产率的影响,结果显示影响产率的关键因素为料液比、反应时间及反应温度。再以5-HMF产率为响应值,采用Box-Behnken中心组合法对降解条件进行优化研究,结果表明:当料液比1:15.1(m:y),反应时间7.10h,反应温度89.56℃时,5-HMF产率最高,为35.97%。验证实验结果与预测值相差为1.43%~1.63%,表明预测模型具有实际参考价值。
With the bamboo shell cellulose as raw material, and the i onic liquids as the solvent and catalyst, the process of cellulose deg- radation for preparation of 5- hydroxymethyl-furfural(5-HMF) was investigated. Firstly, the effects were studied, including solid-liquid ratio, reaction time, reaction temperature, amount of dimethyl sul- foxide and water on the yield of 5 HMF, by single-factor experi- ments. It was showed that the key factors influencing the yields were solid-liquid ratio, reaction time and reaction temperature. Secondly, the yield of 5 HMF as response value, the key degradation conditions were optimized by using Box-Behnken central combination method. The optimum conditions were as followed= solid-liquid ratio 1 = 15.1 (rn : V), reaction time 7. 10 h, reaction temperature 89. 56 ℃. In the conditions, the yield of 5-HMF was the highest, 35.97%. The gap between predicted and verified was 1.43% ~ 1.63%, and dem- onstrated that the model had practical reference value.
