摘要 目的:探讨急性耐力运动对骨骼肌mTOR蛋白表达的影响。方法:SD大鼠分为运动组和对照组。运动组进行坡度5°上坡跑,速度20 m/min、60 min/次的跑台运动后12 h,采用ELISA方法测定腓肠肌IGF-1蛋白表达,western blot测定PKB、mTOR蛋白的表达。结果:1次急性跑台运动后大鼠骨骼肌IGF-1、PKB、mTOR蛋白表达显著上升。结论:急性耐力运动后骨骼肌mTOR信号增加。 The purpose of this study was to analyze influences of acute treadmill exercise on mTOR protein expression of skeletal muscle. SD rats were divided into control group and exercise group. ELISA and western blot were adopted separately to measure IGF- 1, PKB, mTOR protein expression of gastrocnemius muscle in rat after 12 hours following one hour treadmill exercise with 5° incline, at 20m/min and 60min/ time. The results showed that IGF- 1,PKB and mTOR protein expression increased significantly in exercise group. It was concluded that mTOR signal increased after acute endurance exercise. The data suggested that mTOR might be involved in the regulation of adaptation of muscle growth to exercise.
