摘要
目的:比较瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞与正常皮肤成纤维细胞在增殖-凋亡方面的差异。方法:标本选取手术瘢痕疙瘩与正常皮肤各10例,分别用HE染色,增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA),末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶介导的末端标记技术法(TdT-Mediated dUIP Nickendlabeling,TUNEL)以及检测Caspase-3蛋白表达法来比较瘢痕疙瘩与正常皮肤在增殖一凋亡方面的差异。结论:与正常皮肤相比,瘢痕疙瘩增殖明显增加,凋亡明显减弱,这可能与其形成机制及浸润性生长有关。
Objective:To Compare the differences in the level of proliferation and apoptosis in keloid fibroblasts and normal skin fibroblasts. Methods: Keloid samples(N= 10) and normal skin samples(N= 10) were examined by HE staining, PCNA, TUNEL, and Caspase - 3 protein expression to compare the differenees in the level of proliferation and apoptosis. Conclusion:Compared with normal skin, keloid shows significantly increase in proliferation and decrease in apoptosis, which related in its formation mechanism and invasive growth.
