摘要
对16例增生性烧伤瘢痕和5例正常皮肤成纤维细胞进行了透射电镜的观察分析。结果显示,它们的超微结构明显不同。正常皮肤的成纤维细胞多数处于相对静止状态,增生性烧伤瘢痕成纤维细胞则大部分呈活跃状态,可分为4种与其功能相适应的超微结构形态,包括迁移、分裂、合成和收缩表型。研究增生性烧伤瘢痕成纤维细胞的超微结构对于探讨瘢痕增生的机理、鉴别诊断、预后和治疗具有重要意义。
The fibroblasts of 16 cases of hypertrophic burn scars (HBS) and 5 cases of normal skins were observed by electron microscopy. Results show that there are remarkable differences between them. Generally most fibroblasts of normal skins were in relatively static state. But here most active fibroblasts of HBS were seen. These active fibroblasts can be classified into four ultrastructure types:migration,division,synthesis and contraction.It's important to study the fibroblast ultrastructure of HBS, not only for exploring the mechanism of HBS, but also for diagnosis,prognosis and treatment of HBS.
