滤波连接器用CaTiSiO_5-CaTiO_3-TiO_2系陶瓷接触体的烧成工艺研究

摘要 滤波连接器是非常具有开发潜力的电子设备,因此研制性能优良、体积小的陶瓷接触体在市场竞争中极具优势.以CaTiSiO5-CaTiO3-TiO2系介质瓷为研究对象,分析了预烧温度、烧成温度、保温时间等工艺参数对试样密度及介电性能的影响,得到了一组优化的烧成工艺制度. Filtering connector is the electronic equipment with highly potential of development. So the ceramic tangency substance of small size and good quality possesses large advantage in market competition. The ceramic of CaTiSiO5- CaTiO3-TiO2 system was studied and the effect of technological parameters such as pre-sintered temperature, sintered temperature and holding time on the samples' density and dielectric property was analyzed. Finally, a set of optimum sintering process was obtained.
