摘要
研究了制造过程中的升温速度、烧结温度、保温时间及冷却速度对氧化锌压敏电阻片电位梯度的影响,对氧化锌压敏电阻片的烧结工艺进行了优化,并从理论上探讨了升温速度、烧结温度、保温时间及冷却速度影响氧化锌压敏电阻片电位梯度的机理。试验结果表明,连续缓慢升温至1200℃保温3h,随炉冷至室温的烧成制度有利于获得优异的电性能。
The effect of heating rate,sintering speed,preserve duration and cooling rate on voltage stress of varistors.The firing process of varistors is optimized.A theoretical approaching to mechanism of effect of heating rate,sintering speed,preserve duration and cooling rate is given.Experiment shows that smooth and slow heating to 1 200℃ with preserve duration of 3h and cooling down to room temperature results in superior electric performance.
