摘要
介绍了PowerPC内核MPC564单片机的基本构架、主要功能模块及相应的技术参数。以该单片机为基础,配以自行设计的曲轴信号、节气门位置信号、进气歧管绝对压力信号等信号处理电路,喷油控制和点火控制电路,制定了相应控制程序流程图,实现了对479QE汽油发动机从起动到怠速运转过程的控制。台架试验表明,所设计的控制系统能够根据预期要求,使汽油机顺利起动并在怠速工况稳定运行。
The basic frames, the main function modules and the corresponding parameters of MPC564 single chip microcomputer (SCM) which had PowerPC kernel were introduced. Based on the SCM, the control program flow chart was designed combining the self-developed signal processing circuit, which included crankshaft position, throttle position, and intake manifold absolute pressure signals processing circuits, and injection and ignition control circuits. Finally, the control of 479QE gasoline engine from starting to idle was realized. The experiment shows that the gasoline engine can be successfully started and run in idle condition with the designed control system.
