摘要
介绍一种对电控高压共轨发动机进行试验研究的基本方法,通过对某高压共轨电控系统进行台架试验,测试发动机转速、扭矩以及凸轮信号、曲轴信号、喷油器电磁阀驱动信号、高压泵PCV阀驱动信号、轨压信号,掌握其主要控制参数。在此基础上自行完成电控单元的设计,并在发动机台架上进行了对比试验,起动、稳定性控制和标定点排放指标都达到原机电控单元控制水平。
A test method of electronically controlled high-pressure common rail engine was introduced. Through the bench test, the engine speed, torque, and the signals of cam, crankshaft, solenoid valve driving, high-pressure pump PCV valve driving and rail pressure were measured. Based on these,the design of electronic control unit was completed. The comparison between improved and original engine was carried out. The results show that the start performance, stability and emission at rated conditions can reach the level of the original engine.
