摘要
对企业能源管理中心的主要功能及基本构架进行了分析。能源管理中心的高效运行对于重点耗能企业、政府和社会均有显著的现实意义。对我国企业能源管理中心在建设及运行过程中存在的主要问题进行了总结,并从6个方面提出了确保企业能源管理中心高效运行的有效措施。
The main function and the basic framework of enterprise energy management center are analyzed. The efficient operation of energy management center has significant impact on high energy - consuming companies, the government and the society. The existing problems of enterprise energy management center in the process of construction and operation in our country are summarized. Based on the existing problems, the effective measures in six aspects are put foreword to make energy management center operate efficiently.
