摘要
应用HFSS仿真软件设计了40MHz的腔体滤波器,由腔间耦合系数和外界Q值的理论值,应用HFSS软件进行电磁仿真,得到腔体和耦合结构的实际结构初值,然后进行整体仿真和优化,完成整个设计。由于应用了仿真软件,使得设计简单,提高了成功率,解决了腔体滤波器在VHF频段频率低、功率大的设计难题。这种软件设计方法具有很强的通用性,结构形式也可灵活多样,如采用了特殊的"伞状"层加载结构,大大缩小了滤波器的体积。
This article designs a 40 MHz filter with HFSS. Simulating with HFSS, we can get the practical coupling structure while knowing the ideal coupling coefficient between resonators and the external Q value. Then by optimizing the whole filter, we can obtain the final design. The use of simulation software can simplify the design, improve accuracy and success rate. Moreover, we can settle the difficulty in designing bandpass filter at this frequency which can endure high power. Besides the universal applicability, the configuration can be various. According to this example at 40 MHz, the article puts forward a special cascaded structure, reducing significantly the size of the filter.
