摘要
首先分析了宽带滤波器的制作难点,利用同轴腔体的形式实现了一款宽带带通滤波器,并通过加载电容的原理实现了滤波器的小型化。最后通过仿真软件CST设计了中心频率4.24GHz,带宽为44.3%的宽带滤波。结果表明,滤波器实物在整个频带内电压驻波比、带外抑制良好,满足手持雷达装置使用要求。
The fabricating difficulties of the broadband filter were theoretically analyzed and a broadband bandpass filter was realized by the form of coaxial cavity.The miniaturization of the filter was achieved by the principle of loading capacitance.Finally,the broadband filter with the center frequency of 4.24 GHz and bandwidth of 44.3%was designed through the simulation software CST.The results showed that the designed filter had good performances of voltage standing wave ratio and out-of-band rejection,which could well meet the requirements of the handheld radar device.
