摘要
校企合作是高职院校人才培养的主旋律,5S管理是现代企业的成熟理念。5S管理因其与高职人才培养规律内在的一致性,互补性,而日益成为高职院校人才培养的重要措施。准确理解5S管理的理念,牢牢把握5S管理的精髓,有选择的引入5S管理的措施,将使5S成为一个和谐而美妙的音符融入到校企合作的主旋律中。
School-enterprise cooperation is a key rhythm in vocational education field,while 5S management method has become a matured technology in modern enterprise management. Owing to its consistency and complementarity which accord with the vocational training goal,more and more vocational colleges try to employ the 5S management method into current vocational training implementation. To precisely define the 5S management ideology,to closely grasp the soul of the 5S management and to introduce the 5S management measurements selectively deserve more research to closely apply the 5S management combined with school-enterprise cooperation strategy.
