准时化生产作为一种先进的生产方式,其成功实施对企业的管理水平提出了更高的要求。而看板管理在保证生产企业信息传递通畅化、生产平准化和建立团队协作精神方面具有巨大的推动作用。文章从看板管理的概念出发,充分论证了看板管理是实施准时化生产的有效手段。
As an advanced means, the successful implementation of timely production raises higher demand for the management of the enterprise. The kanban management has a tremendous pushing effect in the guarantee to keep unobstructed flow of the information, smoothing of production and the establishment of the team spirit. From the concept of kanban, this paper fully verifies that kanban management is the effective means for the implementation of timely production.
