摘要
高职院校培养学生应用性技能的特点决定了非专业性职业素质与能力培养对学生可持续发展职业能力的重要性。文章以闽西职业技术学院文化传播系的《大学生职业生涯规划》课教学实践为例,提出在教学实践中应以"观念的更新、目标的确定、道德的建构、能力的培养"为核心,探索提高学生职业素质与能力的实施途径,以实现大学生职业生涯规划教育的针对性、有效性、实用性。
Higher vocational colleges to cultivate students' practical skills is decided by the characteristics of non professional occupation quality and ability training for students occupation ability of sustainable development.Taking teaching practice of 'college student occupation career planning' of Minxi Career Technical College Department of cultural communication as the example,to propose in the teaching practice we should be based on the ' renewal of idea,aim,moral construction,ability training' as the core,to explore how to improve the students' occupation quality and ability,to realize the occupation career planning for college students education pertinence,validity,utility.
