摘要
采用含催化剂的甲酸溶剂体系水解竹细粉得到还原糖,研究了液固比、时间、温度、催化剂浓度以及水解次数等因素对还原糖得率的影响。试验结果表明,液固比为25∶1,温度为60℃,水解6h后,所得还原糖得率达72.7%。减小液固比、增加水解次数和延长水解时间,还原糖得率可达60.2%。水解后的甲酸能清洁回收并循环利用。
with the formic acid solvent system containing activator, the reducing sugar was produced. Atter hydrolyzing, the formic acid can be reclaimed and recycled. The fine bamboo powder was put into formic acid solvent containing activator and was hydrolyzed. The effects of liquid/solid ratio, time, temperature, concentration of activator, reduction of liquid/solid ration and increase of hydrolyzing times on yield of reducing sugar. The results showed that with the liquid/solid ration of 25:1, temperature of 60℃, and hydrolyzing time of 6 h, the yield of reducing sugar is 72.7%. By reducing liquid/solid ratio, increasing times of hydrolyzing and increasing hydrolyzing period, the yield of reducing sugar is 60.2%.
