摘要
用毛细管柱气相色谱法测定了中药膏药中樟脑、薄荷脑、龙脑及异龙脑的含量。应用一种改进型的索氏提取器和丙酮作为溶剂从膏药样品中提取上述4种组分。试验结果显示:此种改进的提取器的提取效率高于未改进的提取器约40%,从丙酮提取液中分取一定量的试液进行气相色谱测定,用纯萘作内标,测得上述4种化合物的线性范围依次为21.28～1.915×103,26.02～2.342×103,7.9～7.11×102,4.42～397.8mg.L-1,分别做了回收试验和精密度试验,测得回收率在92.1%～99.5%之间,相对标准偏差(n=7)在1.1%～3.5%之间。
A modified Soxhlet＇s extractor was used in the capillary column gas-chromatographic determination of camphor, menthol, borneol and iso-borneol in plasters of traditional Chinese medicines, for extraction of the above mentioned compounds. It was shown that the efficiency of extraction of the modified Soxhlet＇s extractor was raised about 40% as compared with the conventional model. Acetone was used as the extraction solvent. An aliquot of the extract was used for GC determination using naphthalene as internal standard. Data of linearity ranges obtained were as follows： （1） for camphor： 21.28-1. 915% 10^3mg· L^-1 ; （2） for menthol： 26. 02-2. 342× 103mg · L^-1 ; （3） for borneol 7.9-7. 11 × 10^2mg · L^-1 and （4） for isoborneol： 4. 42- 397.8 mg· L^-1. Tests for recovery and precision of the method using the modified extractor was performed, giving values of recovery in the range of 92. 1%-99. 5%, and values of RSD＇s （n=7） in the range from 1.1% to 3.5%.
