摘要
目的:用锥板式流变仪研究阿达帕林凝胶剂流体特性并建立该凝胶剂动力黏度的测定方法。方法:采用 Brookfield R/SCPS 流变仪,C-50-1转子在剪切率为150 s^(-1)、温度为20℃的条件下测定。结果:阿达帕林凝胶是塑性流体。动力黏度测定结果为4.627 Pa·s,30次测定 RSD 为0.042%。结论:本方法方便、准确、可靠,适合用于该凝胶剂动力黏度的质量控制。
Objective:To study the rheology behavior of adapalene gel and establish a method to measure it's dynamic viscosity with a Cone - Plate rheometer. Method: A Brookfield R/S CPS rheometer was used to develop the method with C - 50 - 1 rotor at the Shear - Rate 150 s -1. Temperature when the test was carried out was 20 ℃. Results: differin gel is plastic non - newtonian fluid, whose dynamic viscosity is 4. 627 Pa · s ( RSD = 0. 042% , n = 30). Conclusion:The method is convenient, accurate, reliable and suitable for the control of the dynamic viscosity of the gel.
