摘要
目的:用 HPLC 法测定阿达帕林凝胶中阿达帕林的含量。方法:采用 Hypersil C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以甲醇-pH 3.0,20 m mol·L^(-1)醋酸铵缓冲液(90:10)为流动相;检测波长:270 nm;流速:1.0 mL·min^(-1)。结果:线性范围为5~100μg·mL^(-1),r=0.9999;样品的平均回收率为100.7%,RSD 为1.2%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、可靠,可用于凝胶剂中阿达帕林含量的测定。
Objective: To develop an HPLC method for the assay of the content of adapalene in adapalene gel. Methods: Hypersil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the stationary phase, methanol - pH 3.0, 20 mmol·L^-1 ammonium acetate buffer (90:10) was used as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 270 nm, flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. Results: The calibration curve was proved to be linear in the range of 5 - 100 μg·mL^-1, The regression coefficient was 0.9999, The mean recovery of the method was 100.7%, RSD = 1.2% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, quick and reliable.
