摘要 目的:研究夫西地酸滴眼液流变学性质并建立动力黏度测定方法。方法:采用同轴圆筒式流变仪进行夫西地酸滴眼液流变学性质的研究;分析并比较了锥板式测量系统和同轴圆筒测量系统测定结果的差异。结果:夫西地酸滴眼液为屈服应力较小、触变性较大的剪切变稀型非牛顿流体。采用同轴圆筒式流变仪测得的动力黏度值为0.56 Pa·s(RSD 0.12%);采用3种不同(CP4/40、CP1/50、CP1/60)转子锥板式流变仪测得的动力黏度值分别为0.56 Pa·s(RSD 0.14%)、0.55 Pa·s(RSD 0.10%)与0.56Pa·s(RSD 0.08%)。结论:流变仪测定夫西地酸滴眼液的动力黏度方法简单、准确、重现性好,适合用于该滴眼液动力黏度的测定。 Objective: To investigate the rheological properties of fusidic acid eye drop(fucithalmic) and establish a determination method for its dynamic viscosity. Methods: The co-axial cylinder rheometer was adopted to investigate the rheological properties of fucithalmic. The results of different measurement systems including cone plate and co-axial cylinder were compared and analyzed. Results: Fucithalmic is a non-Newtonian shear-thinning fluid with low yield stress and high thixotropy. The dynamic viscosity is 0.56 Pa·s(RSD 0.12%) based on the co-axial cylinder rheometer. Besides, the dynamic viscosity were 0.56 Pa·s(RSD 0.14%), 0.55 Pa·s(RSD0.10%), and 0.56 Pa·s(RSD 0.08%) by using the cone plate rheometer with three different rotors including CP4/40, CP1/50 and CP1/60, respectively. Conclusion: The established method for dynamic viscosity determination of fucithalmic is convenient, accurate, suitable and with a good reproducibility for the dynamic viscosity of fucithalmic.
