摘要
试验选用加酶肉鸡全价料为样品,利用酶活梯度曲线法测定饲料中木聚糖酶的含量。结果表明:采用改进后的DNS法(即酶活梯度曲线法)测定饲料中木聚糖酶,可以显著提高检测的准确度;同时,此方法也为评定成品加酶饲料的品质提供了参考。
The samples of broiler feed with enzyme were selected, then the method of enzyme activity grads curve was used to determine its xylanase contents. The result showed that the improved method of DNS（Enzyme activity grads curve）could improve the detect accuracy of xylanase in feedstuff. Meanwhile this method offered reference to assess enzyme-contained feedstuff in feed industry.
