摘要
技术创新的最终目的就是为了满足人们不断增长的消费需求,技术消费是技术创新再生产过程中的一个重要的环节,是实现技术价值的惟一手段,是技术创新的首要目的,它的顺畅与否直接关系到技术创新的成败,因此,要加快技术创新的步伐,就必须从技术消费的角度解决好其动力问题。
The ultimate purpose of technological innovation is to meet man＇s increasing consumptive demand. As an important link in the repro- duction of technological innovation, technological consumption serves as the only means to realize technological value and the primary goal in technological innovation. Whether technological innovation is smooth or not may determine the success or failure of technological innovation. Therefore, for the sake of speeding up technological innovation, we have to solve the problem of dynamic from the viewpoint of technological consumption.
