加用补肾法对慢性心力衰竭患者健康相关生存质量的影响 被引量：6

摘要 目的:评价加用补肾法治疗慢性心力衰竭患者生存质量的影响。方法:将50例慢性心力衰竭随机分为两组(治疗组及对照组),常规抗心衰治疗,治疗组加用金匮肾气丸,分别在治疗前及治疗6周后分别评价左室收缩功能,并采用SF-36对慢性心力衰竭患者生存质量进行评定。结果:症状疗效中总有效率治疗组88%,对照组为84%;治疗前后左室收缩功能虽有一定程度改善,尚无显著性意义(P>0.05);健康相关生存质量方面,对照组治疗前后生理机能有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗组治疗前后生理机能、活力、情感角色限制存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:加用补肾法能提高CHF患者生理机能、活力、情感角色限制等三个方面的相关生存质量。
