摘要
本实验旨在研究传统处方“八味地黄”对心血管系统的药理作用。结果证明，八味地黄口服液可明显延长小鼠常压耐铁缺氧存活时间；明显保护垂体后叶素所致急性心肌缺血；显著降低氯仿所致小鼠室颤发生率；明显延长乌头碱所致心律失常出现的时间；明显抑制大鼠血小板聚集功能。为临床应用八味地黄口服液防治心血管疾病提供了药理实验依据。
This experiment aimed at studying the pharmacological actions of the traditional prescription,Baweidihuang,on cardiovascular system.As a result,it can obviously prolong the anoxia-fast survival time of mice under the normal pressure,distinctly protect the acute myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin,greatly decrease the incidence ofventricular twitch of mice,induced by chloroform,obviously protract the appearing time of arrhythmia induced by aconitine, strongly inhibit the agglutination of thrombocyte of rats. The results provided a pharmacological basis for the clinical application of Baweidihuang OralLiquid to prevent and treat cardiovascular disease.
