摘要
在遵循高等教育发展客观规律的同时,贵州高等教育应更加解放思想,勇于创新,积极探索和改革,尽快走出一条既适合社会主义市场经济体制、又符合贵州实际的高等教育的路子,推进贵州高等教育又好又快地发展,这是贵州高等教育学习实践科学发展观的应有之义。
In following the objective law that governs the development of higher education, institutions of higher learning in Guizhou should further free themselves from outmoded ideas, make an effort to carry on the reform to find sooner a way that is good for the system of market economy and conforms to the reality of higher education in Guizhou to push forward the development of higher education of Guizhou in a faster and better way. This is the meaning that the learning of the perspective of scientific development by institutions of higher learning should have.
