摘要
校企合作教育模式是联系职业教育与经济的桥梁和纽带,是提高学校办学实力和教育质量合作式培训教学方法。校企合作模式对高职"双师型"教师的素质提出了一些新的要求,同时也为"双师型"教师的继续教育提供了平台。高职院校和相应的合作企业要抓住校企合作的契机,采取相应的措施实施"双师型"教师的继续教育。
High school co-education is linked vocational education and the economy of the bridge and bond between the schools is to improve the quality of education and school strength cooperation in the training methods of teaching. In high school co-operation mode, the higher the ＂double＂ the quality of the teachers put forward some new requirements, but also for the ＂Double＂ of the continuing education of teachers to provide a breakthrough. Higher education institutions and the cooperation between enterprises should seize the opportunity for school-enterprise cooperation, and to take appropriate measures to implement the ＂Double＂ of the continuing education of teachers.
