低能量体外冲击波碎石术治疗儿童上尿路结石36例 被引量:4

摘要 体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)作为泌尿系结石的微创治疗方法,在临床上占据重要地位,可使患儿避免手术治疗。低能量ESWL治疗可以减轻肾损伤,减少副作用产生。我院应用德国Dornier CompactDelta碎石机进行低能量ESWL治疗儿童上尿路结石36例,取得满意疗效.现报告如下。
