摘要
目的 :探讨 B超定位低能量体外冲击波碎石术 (ESWL )治疗尿路结石的优势、技术特点、治疗效果与副作用。方法 :采用 WD- ESWL - 91型 B超定位体外冲击波碎石机治疗尿路结石 45 12例 ,冲击电压 10～ 12k V,平均冲击次数 2 5 0 0次。结果 :总碎石成功率为 98.8% ,3个月结石排净率为 83.5 %。结论 :B超定位低能量ESWL具有定位准确、成功率高、组织损伤小、无严重并发症等特点 ,特别是尿路阴性结石患者 ,B超定位更具有独到之处 ,值得推广。
Purpose:To inquire into the advantage, technical characteristic, curative effect and side effect of the treatment to urinary stones by low energy extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) with B ultrasound localization.Methods:ESWL was carried out for 4 512 cases of urinary stones with a WD ESWL 91 lithotripter. The treatment voltage was 10~12 kV and the average number of shock wave was 2 500.Results:The criterion of success was the stone diameter<3 mm or the stone was removed. The treatment has a overall success rate of 98.8 % and the complete discharging rate of urinary stone at 3 months was 83.5 %.Conclusions:The B ultrasound localization was accurate especially to the X ray lucent stone and the success rate was high. By this treatment, the tissue trauma was moderate and no serious side effect was observed. This treatment is worthy to be extended.
