输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石的疗效及其安全性.方法应用输尿管镜联合钬激光治疗760例上尿路结石,其中输尿管结石718例(上段388例,下段330例),肾盂结石42例.结果本组取得良好的疗效.完全碎石成功率91.1%(726/760),其中输尿管下段结石完全粉碎318例,碎石成功率96.4%,上段结石完全粉碎340例,碎石成功率87.6%,肾盂结石完全粉碎34例,碎石成功率81.0%,经过3-12月的随访,未见严重的并发症.结论输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石特别是输尿管结石疗效明确、安全,可以作为首选治疗方法. Objective To assess the curative effect and safety in management of upper urinary tract stones with ureteroseopy and holmium laser lithotripsy. Methods 760 patients suffered from upper urinary tract stones underwent ureteroseopy and holmium laser lithotripsy (338 cases with upper ureteral stones, 330 cases with lower ureteral stones, and 42 cases with renal pelvis stones). Results Endoscopic access and complete stone fragmentation was achieved in 726 of the 760 patients (91.1%) : the successful rate was 96. 4% for the lower lower ureteral stones, 87.6% for upper ureteral stones, and 81.0% for renal pelvis stones. All patients were followed for 3 -12 months and no severe complications were observed. Conclusions Ureteropyeloscopy and Holmium laser lithotripsy for upper urinary tract calculi especially for ureteral calculi are effective and safe, and the therapeutic scheme can be the first choice.
