分子蒸馏制备窄分布脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO_3)的研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用刮膜式分子蒸馏装置制备了窄分布脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO3),考察了蒸馏温度、压力以及蒸馏次数对AEO3中EO分布情况的影响。气相色谱分析(归一化法)结果表明:一次蒸馏温度在110℃~130℃、蒸馏压力100 Pa~150 Pa时,所得产物AEO3-Ⅰ中主组分AEO3的质量分数由原料AEO3的15.3%提高至31.1%,游离醇的质量分数由20.9%降至2%左右;于150℃、40 Pa二次蒸馏后,目标产品AEO3-Ⅱ中主组分AEO3的质量分数提高至33.8%,游离醇质量分数为3.2%。 The preparation of narrow - distribution ethoxylated fatty alcohol ( AEO3 ) by wiped film molecular distillation was studied. The effect of operating parameters, such as temperature, system pressure and the times of distillation on the EO distribution of AEO3 were investigated. GC analysis results showed that: after first distillation, at temperature 110 ℃ -130℃and absolute pressure 100 Pa- 150 Pa, the content of main component AEO3 in the product (AEO3 -Ⅰ) has been enriched to 31.1% as compared with 15.3% in the feedstock, while the content of free alcohol is reduced to 2% as compared with 20. 9% in the feedstock ; after second distillation at temperature 150 ℃ and absolute pressure 40 Pa, the content of main component (AEO3 ) in the product ( AEO3 -Ⅱ) is enriched to 33.8% with the content of free alcohol of 3.2%.
