摘要
分别对工业化的常规脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚（AEO_2）和窄分布AEO_2进行气相色谱分析,并对以2种AEO_2为原料生产的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠（AES）的表面活性、泡沫性能、乳化性能、润湿性能以及倾点等进行研究。通过对2种AEO_2的气相色谱分析发现,窄分布AEO_2中游离脂肪醇含量更低,EO加合数为1~4的组分含量更高。将2种AES产品的性能进行对比后发现,窄分布AES在倾点、盐增稠能力、泡沫性能、润湿力等方面较常规AES具有一定的优势。
Conventional fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether（ AEO_2） and narrow distribution AEO_2 purchased from market was separately analyzed by GC. The surface activity,foam performance,emulsifying performance,wetting power,and pour point of conventional fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate（ AES） and commercialized narrow distribution AES were investigated. Results showed that as a raw material for producing AES,the content of free fatty alcohol in the narrow distribution AEO_2 is lower than that in the conventional AEO_2; while the content of 1EO to 4EO ethoxylates is higher. Narrow distribution AES is somewhat superior to conventional AES with respect to performance indices such as pour point,electrolyte thickening capacity,foam performance and wetting power,et al.
