摘要
设计了一种精密流量阀,采用压电陶瓷驱动流量阀阀芯并控制其位移.在流量阀的减压出口处安装了金属橡胶,以消除流体通过节流口后压力剧烈变化所产生的纹波现象.设计了流量阀的结构,通过分析流经阀芯节流口以及金属橡胶的流体流量特性,基于节流阀芯的力平衡方程,建立了压电陶瓷驱动精密流量阀的电压-流量理论模型.在流量阀出口安装微压力/流量传感器并与控制器组成闭环控制系统,使得该流量阀具有自适应精密减压阀的功能.将减压阀与流量阀串联组合,可以实现对流体的精密减压与流量控制.多个相同的串联组合阀并联后具有数字比例调节阀的功能,在一定范围内可以实现对出口压力、流量的连续调节与控制.将该精密流量阀作为先导控制阀并与流量阀组合,成为具有高频响特性的精密大流量伺服阀.
By adopting piezoelectric ceramics to drive the valve spool, a precise flux valve was developed, which can precisely control the displacement of valve spool and the aperture area of valve. Metal rubber material was installed on the out port of the valve to decrease the ripples caused by the rapid change of liquid pressure. After the flux valve structure was designed, the flux characteristics of liquid flowing through the valve throttling port and the metal rubber material were analyzed. Based on the force balance equation of the valve spool, the piezoelectric ceramics driving voltage and flux model of the precise flux valve was set up. By installing a micro pressure/flux sensor on the out port of the flux valve, and forming a closeloop controlling system with a controller, the precise flux valve functions as a precise relief pressure valve. A cascade connection of the precise relief pressure valve and the flux valve forms a new flux valve, which can realize the precise pressure and flux control. The parallel connection of multi such valves can realize the precise digital ratio adjusting for the out port pressure and flux in some degree. Addition, taking the precise flux valve as a pilot controlling valve and attached with a great flux valve, a precise servo valve with high frequency response can be built.
