摘要
将金属橡胶实体模型进行合理简化为二维模型,采用ANSYS ICEM CFD进行网格划分,并应用Fluent软件进行仿真分析。实验采用水做流体介质,通过仿真计算观察到流体通过金属橡胶的流动规律。并与理论计算进行对比,证实了通过金属橡胶的缓慢流动符合达西定律,实验仿真验证了金属橡胶属于多孔介质这一特性。这为金属橡胶流体特性进一步研究以及在其节流、过滤等方面应用提供了参考。
The solid model of metal rubber is reasonably simplified as a two dimensional model. The ICEM CFD ANSYS is used for mesh division, and then the simulation analysis is carried out by using Fluent software. Experiments using water as fluid medium, it is observed that flow law of fluid through metal rubber by simulation. And by comparing with the theoretical calculation, it is proved that the slow flow of metal rubber is consistent with the Darcy's law, and the simulation re sults show that the metal rubber is a porous medium. The study provides a reference for further research on fluid character istics of metal rubber and its application in throttling, filtering and so on.
