摘要
采用单因子试验设计比较了青壳蛋鸡、伊沙褐、海兰白及其杂交组合的蛋品质各项指标,结果显示:蛋壳厚度、哈夫单位、蛋黄系数杂交组合显著高于亲本伊沙褐和海兰白(P<0.05),蛋白质、脂肪、VA、VE、碘等营养成分杂交组合也显著高于亲本伊沙褐和海兰白(P<0.05),蛋营养成分的杂优率处于中等到较高水平,有利于通过杂交提高生产性能。青壳蛋鸡与海兰白杂交组合的蛋品质明显高于青壳蛋鸡与伊沙褐的杂交组合,因而青壳蛋鸡与海兰白杂交组合更适合在生产推广中使用。
Egg quality of green eggshell,Hyline White,ISA Brown laying hens and their F1 generation was analyzed using one way ANOVA. The results showed that eggshell thickness,haugh unit,egg yolk coefficient of cross breeding were better than Hyline White and ISA Brown laying hens(P〈0.05). Significant difference in contents of protein,fat,VA,VE and I were observed between F1 generation and their parents (P〈0.05). Heterosis of traits were between middle and higher level,so egg quality performances could improve by hybrid. The combination of Green eggshellxHyline White was better than those of green eggshell×ISA Brown for production. Egg quality of F1 generation of green eggshell×Hyline White was significant higher than F1 of green eggshell×ISA Brown.
