高硒高铁日粮饲喂产蛋母鸡对蛋营养成分的影响

摘要 将278日龄罗曼蛋鸡随机分成3组,以含25mgFe,0.2mgSe/kg日粮(对照组),525mgFe,1.2mgSe/kg日粮(试验Ⅰ组),1025mgFe,2.2mgSe/kg日粮(试验Ⅱ组)饲喂8周,检测蛋营养成分。结果表明,与对照组比较,试验组蛋黄硒铁含量、蛋白硒含量均有大幅度提高;而蛋内氨基酸含量,蛋白及蛋黄含水量,蛋白及蛋黄蛋白质含量,蛋黄磷脂含量等营养成分未见明显变化。提示高硒高铁日粮饲喂的产蛋母鸡在提高蛋中硒铁沉积量的同时不会对蛋的其他营养分造成不良的影响。 Thirty 278 day old hens were divided into three groups randomly and fed with diets containing 0.2 mg Se, 25 mg Fe/kg (control group), 1.2 mg Se, 525 mgFe/kg (group I) and 2.2 mg Se, 1025 mg Fe/kg (group II), respectively, for 8 weeks. The nutritional components of egg were observed. The results showed that yolk selenium and iron contents, albumen selenium content in experimental groups were significantly increased compared with that in control group. However, there were no significant differences to be observed in amino acid content of egg, water and protein contents of yolk and albumen, and phospholipid content of yolk among different groups. These results suggested that the laying hens, which were fed by the diet supplemented with high selenium and high iron, could cause much higher selenium and iron contents deposited in egg, but could not decrease other nutritional components in egg.
