“神丹6号”绿壳蛋鸡配套系筛选 被引量:11

摘要 研究旨在通过观测二元、三元杂交组合生产性能,筛选"神丹6号"绿壳蛋鸡最佳配套组合。以江苏省家禽科学研究所选育的C3、C4、M2、G2等品系为素材组成6个二元杂交组合,观测生产性能,从中筛选出生产性能较好的3个二元组合:C4×M2、C4×C3、C4×G2,以绿壳蛋鸡新品系(L3)为终端父本,组成3个三元杂交组合,观测52周龄产蛋性能和蛋品质。综合产蛋数、平均蛋重、耗料量等育种指标,最终确定L3×(C4×M2)为"神丹6号"绿壳蛋鸡最佳配套组合,继续开展下一步工作。 In this study, the production performance of two-way and three-way crossbreeding combinations was observed for selection of best "Shendan No. 6" green shell layer crossbreeding system. C3, C4, M2 and G2 from Jiangsu Institute of Poultry Science were used to form 6 two-way crossbreeding combinations. Three combinations were selected by production performance: C4×M2, C4×C3, C4×G2. The green shell layer L3 was used as terminal male parent to form 3 three-way crossbreeding combinations. The laying performance of 52 weeks old and egg quality of 40 weeks old were observed. Based on number of eggs, average egg weight, feed consumption and other breeding index, L3×(C4×M2) was considered as the best "Shendan No. 6" green shell layer crossbreeding system. And it will be used for the next work.
