摘要
铁路集装箱货场装卸系统作为铁路集装箱运输网络的一个重要环节,对整个运输网络的运行效率有直接的影响。仿真是目前对集装箱货场装卸系统装卸流程、工艺规划设计的有效手段。本文选用仿真软件eM-Plant做为仿真平台,分析铁路集装箱货场装卸系统作业流程和包含的随机事件,将系统模型分为几个子系统,建立了仿真模型的流程,开发了层次清晰的铁路集装箱货场装卸系统仿真模型,通过仿真,可以为决策者提供参考。结合实例,应用创建的仿真模型对集装箱货场合理布局进行研究,验证模型的正确性。
Railway container yard loading/unloading system is an important part of entire railway transportation network and it has direct influence on its operation efficiency. At present, simulation is an effective approach to container yard loading/unloading system design and technique planning. The paper analyzes its operation process and random events by means of simulation software eM - Plant and covers how the system is divided into several sub - systems, and then is modeled. The approach provides a reference for decision makers. Also, it analyzes the rationality of the container yard layout based on the built simulation model.
