摘要
针对传统大批量重复性生产模式的制造管理思想不再适用多品种小批量的生产模式,建立了基于Plant Simulation软件的仿真模型,并实现了在瓶颈资源排产、缓冲设置和转运批量等方面的参数化设置.通过对不同仿真方案运行和仿真结果比较分析,为企业决策提供了可靠的支持.
In multi-variety and small-batch manufacturing mode area, the traditional manufacturing management is not applicable at all times. In order to improve the competition of manufacturing company, the simulation model is estab- lished in terms of the characteristics of this manufacturing mode in this paper. Moreover, the simulation model pro- vides the configuration function on machines scheduling rules, buffer size and transport batch size. Therefore, man- ufacturing company can forecast the throughput of manufac- turing system according to the output of simulation models.
