摘要
随着越来越多的企业采用多品种小批量的生产方式,如何进行生产作业计划调度是一个迫切需要解决的问题。从柔性的角度出发,详细分析了与生产调度密切相关的因素,指出调度决策的求解应朝着综合的智能化的方向发展,并给出一种可行的调度问题解决方案。
With more and more enterprises using more variety and minor batch's production model, how to schedule is a problem that needs to be solved urgently. From the point of flexibility, several factors which notably influence production scheduling were particularly analysed, then the solution of scheduling decision should be developed towards comprehensive and intelligent direction was pointed our; in the end, a feasible scheme to solve scheduling problem was obtained.
