摘要
综合运用系统工程的观点、运筹学的方法、管理信息系统开发的原则和现代管理理论，以泸天化实际生产调度过程为样板，研究大中型企业具有高度柔性的生产最佳经济运行模式。着重讨论为了适应生产系统和环境的动态变化，本系统采用自动控制理论中自适应控制系统的构想，以增强系统柔性的基本原理。
In this article, a study of optimized economical operation model of production with high flexibility in middle and large scale chemical industrial enterprises has been discussed.In the practice of the study a viewpoint of system engineering, a mehtod of operational research, a designing principle of management information system and a theory of modern management are comprehensively applied. In addition, the actual production dispatching process in Luzhou Natural Gas Chemical Industrial Corporation has been taken as an example.The fundmental principle, designing framework and operational effect of applying the adaptive control theory to enhance system flexibility and respond the dynamic fluctuation of production system and outside environment are deeply discussed in this paper.
