摘要
探讨在低氧和运动训练应激作用下,大鼠骨骼肌琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)和苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)活性的变化.雄性SD大鼠34只,随机分为常氧安静组(A)、常氧运动组(B)、低氧安静组(C)、低氧运动组(D).分别进行常氧训练、低氧应激和低氧训练.在实验第4W末采样,测试大鼠股四头肌SDH和MDH的活性.经过4W的实验,低氧运动组SDH的活性高于A、B、C组,有显著性差异(P<0.05).低氧运动组MDH的活性也比A、B、C组高,但只与A、C组有显著性差异(P<0.05).4W周的持续低氧应激明显抑制了大鼠股四头肌SDH的活性,而低氧训练却能提高大鼠股四头肌SDH的活性.MDH的变化与SDH的变化相似,四周低氧训练也能显著提高大鼠股四头肌MDH的活性.
To investigate the change of activity of SDH and MDH in skeletal muscle of rats after hypoxia-training. 34 male adult Sprague-Drawly(SD) rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, normoxia non- exercise group(A), normoxia exercise group(B), hypoxia non--exercise group(C) and hypoxia exercise group(D). They carried out normoxia-training, hypoxia stress and hypoxia-training. After 4 weeks, to sample and to test activity of SDH and MDH in skeletal muscle of rats. After 4 weeks' training, Activity of SDH of hypoxia--training group was significantly higher than other groups( P 〈0.05). Activity of MDH of hypoxia--training group was the highest of all groups, and was significantly different compared with A, C group( P 〈0.05). 4 weeks" hypoxia stress can inhibit activity of SDH of rats' quadriceps muscle of thigh obviously. But hypoxia-training can boost its activity. 4 weeks' hypoxia--training can boost activity of SDH of rats' quadriceps muscle of thigh obviously. And activity of MDH of rats' quadriceps muscle of thigh shows the same change, 4 weeks' hypoxia-training can boost activity of MDH of rats' quadriceps muscle of thigh obviously too.
