摘要
介绍了一种轴类自动测量装置的工作原理。针对活动顶尖回转时存在回转误差和影响被测零件的测量精度问题,提出了一种采用两死顶尖定位无鸡心夹头驱动的轴类零件回转精度的测量方法,并对其结构进行了设计。最后给出了摩擦驱动力矩的计算方法。
It introduces the working principle of the automatic measurement equipment used to measure the rotation axis. In order to sublimate the measurement precision and reduce the revolution errors, it proposes a measurement method that adopts two fixed center and no nipping fork, designs the framework. At last, it shows the calculation expression of the moment of friction.
