摘要
目的:通过对珠子参地上部分及地下部分的显微鉴别研究,为珠子参及其同属植物的鉴别提供依据。方法:采用显微鉴别方法对其地下及地上部分作了系统的研究,分别对地下部分的节和节间横切面、粉末,地上部分的茎、叶横切面、粉末及叶片的上下表面观等显微特征进行了描述。结果:详细描述了珠子参各部分的显微特征。结论:本研究不仅提高和完善了珠子参地下部分的显微研究,而且为珠子参地上部分的质量标准研究、开发利用、扩大药用资源提供了理论依据。
Objective： Through studying the Panax japonicus C. A. May. vat. major and Panax japonicus C. A. May. var. bipinnatifidus aerial parts and the underground parts micro - identification research, and with the same plant provide the basis for the differential. Methed Used the micro -identification method has done the system research to their underground and the aerial parts, separately to the underground part festival and the internode cross section, the powder, the aerial parts stem, the leaf cross section, the powder and leaf blade＇ s about superficial view and so on the micro characteristic has carried on the description. Result In detail described the Panaxjaponicus C. A. May. var. major and Panaxjaponicus C. A. May. var. bipinnatifidus various part of micro characteristics. Conclution Not only this research enhanced and has consummated the Panax japonicus C. A. May. var. major and Panax japonicus C. A. May. var. bipinnatifidus underground part micro research, moreover for the their aerial parts quality specification research, the development use, the expanded for medicinal purposes resources has provided the theory, basis.
