The pinus sinensis seed are treated by suitable condition of direct current field. It is demonstrated that germination rate, index of vitality and biomass of germinated seed are improved. When the seed is treated by 3 kV/cm·10 min., the germination rate, index of vitality and biomass are 113%, 132%,120% compared with the contrast ones.
