摘要
本文以静电处理条件下的紫穗槐、刺槐、沙棘播种苗为研究对象,从种子活力,年高生长节奏性,根、茎、叶和单株生物量诸方面进行了调查分析。结果表明:在+220kV·m^(-1)×10min,-220kV·m^(-1)×10min的静电处理条件下,3种苗木种子活力可提高8%~70.2%,高生长提高0.24%~45.11%,根、茎、叶的生物量均明显地高于对照,且负处理优于正处理,表现出明显的生物效应。从而为提高苗木单位面积产量和质量探索出一条新的途径。
The various aspects of biological effect resulted from electrostatic treatment,such as annual growth pattern of seedlings,seed vitality, and the biomass of root, stem, and leaves were studied with Amor-pha fruticosa L. , Robinia pscudoacacia L. and Hippophae rhamnoides L.. The experiments showed that, when tire plant materials were treated wi-th static electricity atlevel from+220kv/m×10min to-220kv/m×10min, the seed vitality could be raised by 108%-170.2%, the seedling height growth 2.24% -45.11% ,and the biomass ol root,stem and leaves were obviously higher than that of the contrlos,especialy in the negative electrostatic treatment. The treatment brought significantly biological effect to the plants; and the new techniqure can be used to improve seedling yield and quality.
